02. Scope of Software Services
Adrij Software provides enterprise software development, AI agent implementation, mobile app engineering (Flutter), and cloud architecture services. All formal software client deliverables, milestone schedules, and IP transfers are governed by specific Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed separately between Adrij Software and the Client.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
All original website branding, custom graphics, source code snippets, and UI designs displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Adrij Software. Client custom code ownership, licensing, and trade secret transfers occur exclusively upon full payment of project milestone invoices as specified in executed client agreements.
04. Acceptable Use & Conduct
When interacting with our website, forms, or APIs, you agree not to:
- Submit malicious software, automated spam bot traffic, or perform unauthorized vulnerability testing against our endpoints.
- Misrepresent your identity or company affiliation when submitting project inquiries.
