Submission of data blocks to the Adrij RFP Intake interface does not establish a binding execution contract. It represents an initial architectural inquiry cycle. Adrij Software Group reserves absolute operational privileges to refuse or deprioritize scope configurations that do not pass preliminary validation checks.
03 / Intellectual Framework Protection
All software architectural summaries, capability designs, branding matrices, interface aesthetics, and custom engineering blueprints published across this portal are the absolute proprietary intellectual framework of Adrij Software. Unauthorized extraction, framing, or scraping of these assets for competitive deployment is explicitly blocked.
04 / Boundary of Operational Liability
Adrij Software provides the architectural data points on this public environment for consultative overview only. We offer no explicit guarantees regarding immediate computing runtime execution, and assume zero direct liability for down-cycle systems latency or network disruption outside of individual enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
